Gray County indictments

The following grand jury indictments were handed down on the week of March 11:

• William Ethan Bridges, 25, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, a state-jail offense with a bond of $12,500.

• Tyler Jordan Fry, 27, was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, a third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000. Fry was also indicted for burglary of a building, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $25,000. Fry was also indicted for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less great than/equal to one gram and less than four grams, a third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000.

• Andrew Jimenez, 25, was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, a third-degree charge with a second enhancement and a bond set at $50,000. Jimenez was also indicted for burglary of a building, a state-jail penalty with a bond set at $25,000.

• Gerald Wayne Moody, 27, was indicted on seven counts for possession of child pornography, a third-degree penalty and denied bond. Moody was also indicted on two counts for possession with intent to promote child pornography, a second-degree penalty with denied bond.

• William Donald Stanley, 41, was indicted for injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent to bodily injure. A third-degree penalty with a second enhancement and bond set at $75,000. Stanley was also indicted for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, a third-degree penalty with a bond set at $15,000.
