Anneta Laura Ellen Coleman

Anneta Laura Ellen Coleman, 46 years young, of Pampa, peacefully took her last earthly breath on Monday, March 22, 2020 in Amarillo with her three children at her bedside.

She was born on November 15, 1973 in Batesville, Arkansas to Norman and Kathy Coleman.

Anneta had lived in Pampa for the past three years after moving from Skellytown.  She had, at one point of her life, attended the Cedar Valley Community College in Virginia studying towards veterinarian school.  Due to turns taken in life, she dropped those studies; however, she remained as close to her beloved animals as she could through her Mud Puppiez dog grooming business.  When not playing with her grooming, she could be seen waitressing at the Cozy Corner restaurant.  Typically, Anneta was very hard-headed and even quite stubborn, but she was just as protective of her family and loved them fiercely.  Her radiant happiness and ability to spread joy and laughter will be missed by many.

Those who preceded her in death are her mother; three aunts, three uncles two great-nieces.

She has left to cherish a lifetime of memories, her three children, Seretha Coleman and husband Brandon Parks of Pampa, Skylar Younger of Amarillo, Bretta Prevost and husband Alexander of Fort Lee, Virginia; father, Norman Coleman of Friona; four siblings, Jimmy Coleman of Springer, NM, Diana Pick of Springer, NM, Rhonda Gutierrez of Skellytown, Shane Coleman and wife Melanie of Fritch; four grandchildren, Destinee Fetterly, Jayden Fetterly, Blaine Parks, Oliver Matthew Bailey Prevost and her 2 precious dogs.

The family hosted a private Celebration of Life Memorial Service due to the social-distancing mandates from the Governor.  They entrusted the cremation care of their loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.

Should you wish to make a donation in memory of Anneta, the family suggests they be made to her church, In the Garden Ministries, P.O. Box 305, Skellytown, TX 79080.
