District court sentencings
The following cases were handed down by the 31st Judicial District Court of Texas:
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Kristopher Carson Nile was sentenced to 18 months of state jail division for lesser included possession of marijuana greater than four ounces and lesser than/equal to five pounds.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, Jack Alexander Floyd, Jr. was sentenced to 180 days in state jail division for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram.
• In a judgment adjudicating guilt, James Edward Harrelson was sentenced to four years of institutional division for burglary of a habitation.
• In a judgment of conviction by the court, Zachary Wade Skinner was sentenced to one year state jail division for unlawful use of a criminal instrument.
