Two arrested on alcohol-related charges

• James Sells, 52, Amarillo, was sent to jail for 30 days by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated (2nd).

Friday, July 8

• John Shephard Bilyeu, 47, Pampa, was arrested by Gray County Sheriff’s Office for warrant- theft of property greater than/equal to $30,000 and less than $150,000.

• Debra Lynn Rawls, 50, Pampa, was arrested by Pampa Police Department for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, capias pro fine- displaying expired registration, capias pro fine- driving while license invalid and animal at large.

• Billy Gene Mesneak, 62, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, driving while intoxicated third or more IAT.

Saturday, July 9

• Garland Dewey Kysar, 76, Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated third or more.
