Wheeler Bass Club recently traveled to Possum Kingdom for a tournament. Here are the following winners:
First place with five fish and 20.41 pounds on Day One and four fish and 14.88 pounds on Day Two and a total weight of 35.39lbs is Duster Craven and Kyle Thompson. They weighed in a big 5.87-pound bass on Saturday and 6.87-pound bass on Sunday which gave them Big Bass of the tournament, as well.
Second went to Adam Lee Scott and Kenneth Mangrum with 10 fish between the two days and a total weight of 31.62 pounds.
Third went to them Nelsons, Danny and Jimmy Nelson. They had seven fish for the two days weighing a total of 19.45 pounds.
Fourth went to Doug Youree and Brian Brauchi with five fish between the two days and a total weight of 16.96lbs.
The Club had 31 anglers, 16 boats and 72 fish caught. The next tournament is a two-day trip at Foss on May 14-15.
