Lisa Lynn Keough

Lisa Lynn Keough, 61, of Pampa, went to be with the lord on January 11, 2021 with her family by her side.

Celebration of Life services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, January 15, 2021 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Byron Williamson, pastor, officiating and Michael Keough, her nephew, eulogizing Lisa’s service. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. The service will be streamed to the funeral home’s website.

Lisa will be available for viewing on Thursday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

As per the family, masks are required for the service.

Lisa was born June 25, 1959 in Liberal Kansas to Raleigh Leon (Scotty) and Carol Sue Watson Scothorn. Lisa attended Pampa schools and she graduated from Pampa High School in 1977. She married the love of her life, Chris M. Keough on August 2, 1988. Lisa was a long-time member of First Baptist Church Pampa. She worked in the retail industry where she served at K-mart, Country General, and spent 25 years at Wal-Mart.

Lisa enjoyed water and snow skiing in her younger days and she also liked traveling, fishing swimming, and collecting movies and beanie babies. But the Dallas Cowboys had her heart. Lisa’s family was very important to her and she loved spending time with each one of them. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, Eddie and Michael (Mike) Scothorn.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Chris Keough of the home; a son, Christopher Keough and girlfriend Arin Dallas; a granddaughter, Paisley Smith; her parents, Raleigh Leon (Scotty) and Carol Sue Scothorn; mother-in-law, Vivian Keough Romines, all of Pampa; sister-in-law, Lydia Scothorn of North Glenn, Colorado; brother-in-law, Jimmy Keough and wife Robin of Pampa, and very special loving friend, Mike (Fuzzy) Carroll of Pampa; three nephews, Stephen Scothorn and Sean Scothorn, both of North Glenn Colorado, and Michael Keough and wife Emily of Amarillo, two nieces Kristen McNeaney and husband Brian of Schenectady New York and Kira Stevenson and husband R.J of Albany New York, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
