Borger woman killed in rollover outside of Fritch

A Borger woman was killed in a single-vehicle rollover outside of Fritch on Sunday morning.

At 8:35 a.m., Judith Cannaday, 63, Borger, was driving south on State Highway 136 when her 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe rolled off the roadway into the west ditch. Texas DPS reports the vehicle exited the ditch in a side skid, went back onto the roadway where it rolled at least one time on the pavement.

The vehicle came to a rest on its wheels facing north with significant damage to the roof.

Cannaday was pronounced deceased on the scene by Potter County Justice of the Peace, Robert Taylor.
