On June 7, 2024, Cynthia Marie Miller, 47, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for a warrant for no seatbelt, a warrant for possession in a drug free zone, a warrant for operating an expired motor vehicle trailer, a warrant for driving with a suspended license and a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
