On April 2, 2024, Dorman Bryant Sells, 55, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for driving while intoxicated, warrant for public intoxication, warrant for no seatbelt, capias pro fine for leaving the scene of an accident, and capias pro fine for failing to yeild right of way.
