• Jason Phil Cochran, 48, of Chickasha, OK, was arrested by GCSO for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams.
• Christopher Macey Lyons, 35, of Albuquerque, NM, was arrested by DPS for possession of a controlled substance greater than 400 grams.
• Hugo Torres, 18, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and money laundering greater than $2,500 less than $30,000.
• Jonathan Torres, 20, of Pampa, was arrested by GCSO for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, money laundering greater than $2,500 less than $30,000 and unlawful carry of a weapon.

• Ryan Alexis Bueno, 22, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for instanter for no driver’s license, a capias pro fine for failure to maintain financial responsibility x2, a capias pro fine for no driver’s license x2, a capias pro fine for displaying expired registration and a capias pro fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jennifer Kay Vigueria, 37, of Pampa, was arrested by PPD for possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams, tampering/fabricating physical evidence, possession of a dangerous drug, instanter for possession of drug paraphernalia and instanter for driving with a suspended license.
